Mailing Lists

We run two mailing lists for people living in and around Bristol UK who oppose the government's proposed biometric ID cards and National Identity Register. The "Announcement" list is a one-way mailing list for those who support our cause and would like to be kept up to date with announcements, but who do not necessarily wish to take an active part in campaigning. The "Activists" list is two-way, and is for more in-depth discussion and planning of our activities.

Privacy Info

Any details you enter here will be used solely for the purposes of the mailing list. They will not be passed on to anybody else (not even the National No2ID campaign) in any shape or form, or even stored anywhere other than the Bristol No2ID mailing list server. Subscriber details are only available to the list administrator. The Supporters list will only receive official postings (not more than a few each month) and the Activists list may only be posted to by subscribers, so you will not receive any spam through us. You are in full control of your subscription and may remove yourself from the mailing list at any time you wish, for any reason you wish. If you post to the Activists list, your name and email address (in obfuscated form to protect against spam harvesting) will be visible in the list archives, but there is no obligation to post, and you may simply read the list to be kept up to date with our activities around Bristol.
